Un “sarac” soldat american, cu backround elvetian (foarte important detaliu), a fost atat de altruist incat vrea sa imparta cu mine minunata sa descoperire/avere !

Uneori ma gandesc, oare chiar sunt pe lumea asta oameni atat de prosti incat sa puna botu` la asa ceva ?

Violenţă de greu de imaginat într-o şcoală din comuna mureşeana Sânpaul. O profesoară i-a dat o palmă unui poliţist, iar acesta a ripostat şi a pălmuit-o, pe femeie.

Preţurile la apartamentele clujene au crescut cu cel puţin 10%, anul trecut, potrivit indicatorului imobiliar onlineal TopEstate.ro. Unele creşteri de preţ au ajuns la 20%, that sucks. Noroc ca eu am apucat sa mi-l iau pe al meu

La fel, preţul apartamentelor cu trei camere a crescut cu peste 20%, spre 90.000 euro,în vreme ce preţul unui apartament cu două camere ajunge acum la 46.000 euro, în medie, potrivit unui comunicat al TopEstate.ro. Ca la noi la nime’, incredibil, totul merge in jos, la noi e pe dos, ca deh suntem mai cu corn, sau cu coarne ?

Motivul creşterii de preţuri este programul “Prima casă”, normal, oamenii sunt lacomi si trag pielea de pe saracul tanar care se chinuie si el sa scoata niste banuti din banca, pe viata ! “Astfel că preţurile garsonierelor situate în zonele semicentrale ale Clujului au crescut, de la o medie de 40.000 de euro în iulie 2009, până la 45.000 de euro în decembrie 2009”, se arată în comunicatul citat. Inca o data s-a dovedit, nu ca era cazul, ca la noi e un fel de “zona crepusculara” cand vine vorba de imobiliare, si nu numai.

La sfârşitul anului, în Bucureşti, preţul apartamentelor scăzuse, de la 80.000 euro în medie pentru un apartament cu două camere în zona semicentrală, în septembrie, la 77.000 euro în decembrie. Hai sa ne mutam “frate” in bucale, dincolo era mai ieftin (kidding!)

în Constanţa preţurile au scăzut, de asemenea, astfel că un apartament cu două camere, confort I, era vândut în decembrie la 54.000 euro, în scădere faţă de preţul de 59.700 euro cerut în iulie.

Ehhh, deci viata e greu si e scump, se pare ca mai scump in Ardeal decat in rest. Ce surpriza ? Jur ca imi vine cateodata sa imi iau campii si sa …

Quality 3: Providing clear direction

As the leader of the team you need to provide direction to others. This includes giving a clear message of the overall direction of the team or function as well as clearly setting the expectations of the team of people that you lead. If you fail to do this, chances are that the results that you deliver will be less than they could potentially be.

Quality 4: Making decisions

You might not always have 100% support for every decision that you make but people will value the fact that you take decisions. Being led by someone who procrastinates over every decision is a huge de-motivator and hugely frustrating for those that you lead.

Quality 5: A genuine interest in others

If you don’t show any interest in helping others to achieve results and success in their careers why should they be interested in helping you get results? Team leaders who make the time to take a genuine interest in helping others achieve results will get benefits well in excess of the investment of time and energy that that they make.

Bottom Line – Team leadership is challenging and rewarding. Doing some simple things exceptionally can make a huge difference to the results and success that you achieve.
